Size guide
Find your perfect Ula fit. Our suits run true to size — but our fabric has 4-way stretch, so if you're between sizes, you have options.
How to measure
You'll need a soft measuring tape. Stand relaxed with your feet together, and measure over your underwear.
- Bust — around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms. Keep the tape level across your shoulder blades.
- Underbust — just below your bust, with the tape horizontal and snug but not tight.
- Waist — around the smallest part of your waistline. Slip one finger between your body and the tape.
- Hips — around the fullest part of your hips, with the tape level across your backside.
For best accuracy, measure twice and write the larger number down.

- Tops: size up for more support and comfort, especially if you have a fuller bust or want to surf in your suit.
- Bottoms: stay with your usual size, or size down for a cheekier, snugger fit. Our fabric has 4-way stretch and adapts to your body.
- One pieces: size up if you have a longer torso or prefer a relaxed fit.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our studio in Ericeira, Portugal. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Customs & duties
Shipping fees do not include customs duties or import taxes. If your country charges them, they're the customer's responsibility.
We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing your order.
Delays
Estimated delivery times don't include customs processing or possible delays from carriers, weather, or peak seasons. We do our best to ship on time, but once the package is with the carrier, it's out of our hands.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns
We're a small-batch brand making each piece with care. Because of that, our return policy is a little different from larger retailers — but we'll always do our best to make sure you're happy with your Ula.
Our policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
We accept returns for store credit or exchange (subject to availability). Refunds are issued only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags and hygiene strips attached
- In their original packaging
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service — Ula isn't responsible for items lost in return transit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us at info@ulaofficial.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, return your original order for store credit and place a new order — that way you secure the new piece before it sells out.
How to start a return
Email us at info@ulaofficial.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1–3 business days with next steps.
Store credit
Store credits are issued as soon as we receive and inspect your return — usually within 5 business days. They never expire and can be used on anything in our shop.
EU customers
In line with EU consumer law, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a full-price purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Refunds for these requests are processed to your original payment method.
